“Mountain Pose”

Observe the mountains stretching in front of you. They have formed over thousands of years. Feel their stability while imagining that inside they are moving, breathing. Stand with your feet together. Feel your feet against the earth. Try to distribute your weight between your toes and your heel. Imagine that you are growing, your head lifting up to the sky and your arms relaxed by your sides, your palms towards your thighs.
Feel stable as your breathing takes over your body. You are a living mountain.
