« L’arbre » ici le mélèze et le pin d’arole »

Observe the trees around you. Choose a tree and follow it from its base up the trunk to the very tips of its branches with your gaze while breathing in, raising your arms and looking up to the sky. As you breathe out, bring your gaze and your arms slowly back down to the ground. Become the tree by imagining you have great roots in the earth anchoring you and your arms are leaves and branches swaying in the wind and soaring up into the sky.

From the Mountain Pose, well anchored, turn your right knee outwards, slowly and gently lift your right foot up. Place either the tip of your foot on the ground with your heel elevated or your whole right foot flat against your left calf or thigh (but not your knee). Then bring your hands together in front of your heart and press your palms together gently – this will help you maintain your balance. Fix your gaze on a point and feel your left foot anchored on the ground. Breathe and feel the calm and concentration within you. All your little muscles move and adapt in this pose. That’s normal – movement is life and balance is not something solid! Return your foot to the ground, take some time to feel your two feet against the earth and then change sides.
