“Eagle Pose”

From the hide, you may be able to see an eagle or even a bearded vulture flying.
Enter the Mountain Pose, bend your knees slightly and then bring your right thigh over your left. If you can, wrap your toes behind your calf! Then, with your arms held out in front of you, pass your left elbow over your right and bend your arms. Then try to bring your hands together – palm to palm if possible. Fix your gaze on a point and imagine that your gaze is as sharp as that of an eagle watching a mouse running through a field from up in the air. Keep your breathing calm. Feel how being all knotted up focuses the strength within you. To exit the pose, return your foot to the ground while breathing in deeply, unfold your arms with a wingspan of 3 metres and take flight!
